我们以五个颜色，把该五德转化为现代企业领袖的特质: •黄:正念(乐观)•红:热忱(动力)•紫:智慧(理解)•蓝:自信(信心)•绿:活力(朝气)
我会於未来发展，将会竭力打造健全的学习平台，好让会员培养上述五项领袖应有的特质。
CEAP’s logo is made up of 5 simple stripes of different colours to signify various spir- its of the association.In the first chapter (The First Art) of his book‘The Art of War’, Sun Zi states that a general must possess 5 unique traits, namely wisdom, integrity, kindness, courage and dignity.
On the same token, we have characterized the 5 virtues of contemporary leaders into 5 different colours:
•Yellow: Positive thoughts (optimism) •Red: Passion (driving force) •Purple: Wisdom (insight) •Blue: Self-confidence (faith) •Green: Vitality (vigour)
CEAP undertakes to create a sound learning platform to nurture these 5 leadership attributes among our members.

大马华裔商人受到儒家思想熏陶与感染，不能忘记“ 取之社会，用之社会”的大同精神。因此，适时推动慈善公益活动，以祈抛砖引玉带动关怀社会弱势群体，也是公会秉持的宗旨之一
Malaysian Chinese entrepreneurs have been positively influenced in upholding the tenet of ‘from the society, to the society’, deeply entrenched in Confucian philosophy. Hence, CEAP also incorporates the same spirit by launching various charitable activities for the underprivileged, in hopes of encouraging more individuals’ participation in such movements.

CEAP strives to create a business education platform that is teeming with ‘knowledge, technology, and creative innovation’. Members may readily apply what they have learnt, keep abreast with the times and changes, increase in organisational effectiveness and efficiency as well as bringing their business to the next level.

CEAP believes that with continuous learning and the adoption a new business paradigm, the entrepreneur spirit in Malaysian Chinese entrepreneurs and Confucian values can be passed down to future generations so as to fulfill our dream of sustainable development thus establishing superior business cultures for the generations to come.
自数位网络及全球化时代来临，国内华裔商家正处於快速前进的转型大时代，加上科技日新月异进化，不 少企业站在十字路口深感迷茫，步伐跟不上经济大环境的变迁!身处知识型时代的企业，单靠劳力已不能确 保企业持续发展，企业人更多是需要新兴的商业与经营知识，掌握时新的网络与资讯科技，及崭新的商业 思维。有鉴於此，第一届创会理事深谙当今华裔企业人的需要，因而创建了槟城华人企业商会，并由公会 打造一个良好精锐的商业教育平台，让会员透过学习装备自己，强化自身企业的竞争力。
Ever since the advent of the digital era, The CHINESE ENTREPRENEUR ASSOCIATION PENANG (CEAP) have been caught in an ever-changing era of rapid transformation. Entangled in the rapid advancement in technology, many enterprises find themselves at a crossroad, unable to catch up with the fast-paced and ever-evolving economic macro-environment. To ensure sustainable development of enterprises in this intelligent era, hard work alone does not suffice. Entrepreneurs must equip themselves with the latest business knowledge and master the new internet and information technology as well as adopting a brand new business paradigm. Recognizing the great needs of Chinese entrepreneurs, our first Executive Committee has founded CEAP to fashion an excellent business education platform, with the goal of getting members to be well-equipped and at the same time possessing enhanced competitiveness.
